Mobilus 100 with exchange tank

No more dangerous improvisations! The Mobilus devices are movable by hand, universally applicable and safe. They are constructed as per technical regulations for combustible liquids. The stocking container for fuels is explosion pressure resistant. Pump and govering are explosion protected and driven by compressed air.

The Rietberg Mobilus 50, 75 and 100 can be connected to any pneumatic system. The integrated pressure reducer manages the correct application pressure.

Reversing from suction to emptying is made by simple handling of the lever. The hot galvanization of the container and the powder coated chassis ensure a long life.

The mobilus consists of a chassis with big wheels and integrated maintenance unit. The double membrane pump, fixed at the chassis, is equipped with pressure reducer and extracted air sound absorber. Suction and fuelling hose are on hose holders. The fueling hose of the Mobilus 100 has got a fueling pistol. The suction probe is placed in a probe tubular.

The Mobilus 100 contains a removable container with 100 l capacity. The connection is made by a hose with a dry coupler. This concept makes it possible to use one device for stocking different materials or for intermediate stocking of several tank fillings. You just need a few containers.

The hot galvanized container and the powder coated chassis offer a good corrosion protection even under etreme apllication conditions.

Suction or emptying is chosen by simple lever handling at the operator console. Resp. by simple re-coupling (devices with fixed container).

Pump and govering are exclusively driven by compressed air. Due to the integrated pressure reducer the Mobilus 100 can be connected to existing pneumatic systems.

The fuel can be sucked from the car tank with a suction probe. An over-fill protection avoids overfilling of the container.  

Fueling with the Mobilus 100 is made with a suction hose with manual fueling valve. At devices with fixed container the suction hose serves as fueling hose at the same time after the re-coupling.
